Damaged, Misprinted or Defective Items

We pride ourselves on the outstanding product quality of our production partners who perform a 3-step quality check before shipping.  However, if a misprinted or defective item inadvertently passed through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and will provide a free replacement!

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, simply email detailed closeup photos of the goods within 2 weeks of receipt, along with the order # and a brief description to: support@printful.com with a cc: to info@thatcouldbeme.com.  We'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you!

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, please email your order # to support@printful.com with a cc: to info@thatcouldbeme.com no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.  But no worries!  If courier tracking information confirms the package was not delivered, we'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you!

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the shipment courier (ex. missing Apt #), the shipment will be returned as unclaimed to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.  After 2 weeks, unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

Size/Color/Buyer’s Remorse

Sustainability is a critical part of how we operate.

Because we print on-demand and make your order just for you, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size/color exchanges.  Size Guides are provided for all products.  This keeps our operational costs low so that we can continue to contribute a minimum of 10% of our net profits to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner, That Could Be Me Foundation. Nonprofits across the country are in need of apparel and housewares … we encourage you to donate unwanted items in your local community and spread possibility!

Around 85% of textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills.  Product returns are a major contributor to environmental damage and add to unnecessary packaging and fuel consumption.  U.S. product returns generate 16 million metric tons of carbon emissions during their complicated reverse journey and up to 5.8 BILLION pounds of landfill waste each year.

What’s more, 1 in 5 items produced by the fashion industry reach landfills without being worn even once!

Once you place an order, we use blank stock to produce your product specifically for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and waste, and share the blank stock inventory with other suppliers, leading to a cleaner, greener planet.
